Hence many schools and government bodies are provided essential training in case of emergency.

Managers and leaders of Experience Towns must attend these courses in order to be prepared to give aid to anyone who might be in need.

Dealing with many elderlies and young children, these courses and training provide great support and protection to visitors and locals.

Rural villages are usually located in-land and far from hospitals and clinics, resulting in slower emergency help therefore having as many people trained for First-Aid is essential to prolong and maintain life until actual help arrives. From simple wound dressing to CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation), this 12 hour course certifies your training for 2 years.

Being a manager of one of these Experience Towns, we are provided First-Aid Training Course by Korea Rural Community Corporation, and it is mandatory to keep this certification active during our term of service. Being taught by trained professionals of Korean Red Cross, it is comforting to know that we can be of help during an emergency situation.

These training is also provided by many other associations such as Korea Green Tourism Council on a yearly basis.
