【Danyang=KoreaPlus】Reporter Bong Ji Hyun = Dokkaebi running the first Danyang Moonlight Race.
In accordance with the success of Danyangpalgyeong Marathon & Walking Race in April, Danyang opened its first 2023 Danyang Moonlight Race on the 23rd of September, hosting 5km and 10km options.
Members of Dokkaebi Town took part in the 5km race and were able to enjoy Danyang’s beautiful night scenery and cool breeze, not to mention the abundant snacks and drinks after the race.
Although the venue of the event and the racecourse had to be changed due to the rise of the river’s water level from the last heavy downpour, participants were guided safely with care.
This new event ended successfully without any injuries, and expectations are high for the next Moonlight Race.
